Casa Juani

An editorial shoot for Bon Appétit's Best New Restaurants 2026 issue at Casa Juani, Chefs Eduardo Valle Lobo and Kelly Juen's Michelin Guide restaurant on Pearl Street in Boulder. Shooting before and during service, we captured several dishes, the restaurant's atmosphere, portraits, and the rhythm of the dining room. The work ran in a full-page spread and online beside a writeup by Kate Kassin.
