An editorial shoot for Bon Appétit's Best New Restaurants issue covering Chef Johnny Curiel's Michelin-starred Mezcaleria Alma in Denver's LoHi neighborhood. With two hours before service, we moved through dishes, staged interiors, portraits, and cocktails on a seamless backdrop. Once the doors opened, we kept shooting as the restaurant came to life. The images ran in the October 2025 print issue and across Bon Appétit's digital platforms.
